G'day Group's Discovery Parks – Renmark Riverfront is seeking a Front Office Supervisor to lead guest services in a lively park on the Murray River. You will welcome guests, process check-ins/outs, manage bookings in RMS, and coordinate with Housekeeping to ensure rooms are ready.

Qualifications

• Front Office experience in hospitality required.
• Strong passion for delivering guest experiences.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high standard of guest service that leaves guests smiling.
• Process check-ins and check-outs smoothly.
• Utilise RMS to manage reservations and accounts.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping on room readiness.
• Provide guests with local information and park details.
• Perform day-to-day office administration efficiently.
• Build relationships with park teams, residents and guests.
• Supervise front office staff including training and rostering.
