G’day Group is seeking a dynamic leader to take full ownership of one of our flagship parks in Renmark, SA. You’ll drive guest-first service, lead a cohesive team and manage budgets, safety, and park presentation.

With the backing of Australia’s largest holiday park network, you’ll have professional growth, training and support from our Adelaide HQ, plus opportunities to transform the park and contribute to long-term strategy while enjoying the regional lifestyle.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in hospitality, accommodation or tourism.
• Experience managing teams and developing staff and budgets.
• Current driver's licence and a genuine love for regional living.

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of park operations – from housekeeping to guest experience.
• Coach and develop your team to create a guest-first culture.
• Drive business performance with a focus on margins, revenue and ROI.
• Hands-on management of compliance, safety, maintenance and presentation.
• Collaborate with support teams to build the park's long-term strategy.
