Job summary

McGrath Port Stephens is looking for a vibrant and organised Front Office Receptionist to join our team. Our receptionists are called Front Office Managers and are the first person our guests and clients see and talk to; they are the most important part of our office.

You'll work in a team of three people in a busy real estate and holiday home office, doing all those little things that make our office world go round.

Qualifications

• Excellent telephone and speaking manner.
• Experience with Office365.
• Intermediate level proficiency in Office365 applications is required.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Very well presented.
• Available to work Saturdays.
• Australian work authorisation is required for this position.

Responsibilities

• Issuing & managing property keys
• Maintaining office presentation including regular office cleaning duties
• Ad-hoc tasks to assist property management & sales teams
• Entry level position with potential to move into property management or sales teams
