Job summary

NRMA Parks & Resorts in Yamba is seeking a Front Office Manager to lead our Front Office team and deliver unforgettable guest experiences from check-in to check-out. This full-time salaried role reports to the General Manager and sits on the resort’s leadership team.

You'll manage a 7-day operation, work across weekends and holidays, and drive service excellence through coaching, rostering and staff development. Be part of a trusted NRMA group dedicated to guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership in Front Office, Guest Services or Hospitality.
• Strong customer service focus with a passion for guest experience.
• Excellent organization, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lead from the front and manage competing priorities.
• Experience with property management or reservation systems (RMS, NewBook) is highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and inspire a high-performing Front Office team.
• Oversee reception, guest services and reservations daily operations.
• Create outstanding guest experiences; act as escalation point for inquiries.
• Manage rosters, training and performance to ensure service excellence.
• Collaborate with resort departments to deliver seamless stays.
• Contribute to operational improvements as a leadership team member.
