Job summary

EVT Limited is seeking a Front Office Manager to lead the Front Office and Reservations teams across its QT Hotels & Resorts portfolio. You will oversee daily operations, maximise occupancy and average room rate, and partner with leadership to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

You will manage staffing, budgets and reporting, while fostering a sales culture through upselling and cross-selling across departments.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of occupancy and yield management strategies to maximise occupancy, ADR and revenue.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to lead, motivate and develop high-performing teams.
• Experience in managing departmental budgets, controlling costs and monitoring financial performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily Front Office and Reservations operations to deliver seamless guest experiences and efficient team performance.
• Act as Manager on Duty in the absence of senior management, monitoring security and WH&S compliance.
