Job summary

Accor Apartments & Realty is seeking a Front Office Team Leader to guide the front desk and elevate guest experiences in Darwin. You will lead the Front Office crew, ensure smooth operations, and deliver exceptional customer service with a stylish, supportive leadership style.

You will train new team members, manage guest concerns with proactive problem solving, and work a flexible rotating roster including evenings, weekends and public holidays.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Guest Service Agent or Receptionist seeking leadership role.
• Ability to multitask and handle guest concerns with quick thinking.
• Experience with reservation and property management systems is a plus.
• Willingness to work a flexible rotating roster including evenings, weekends and holidays.
