Job summary

Merivale’s The Whale Narooma is seeking a hands-on Front Office Manager to lead guest services and operations, aligning with our premium coastal retreat experience. You will partner with the General Manager to elevate the hotel offering, mentor teams, and drive KPI performance across front desk and housekeeping.
