Job summary

Endeavour Group, in Narrabeen, seeks a Front Office Attendant to warmly welcome guests and coordinate front desk activities. You will be the first point of contact, delivering memorable service in a fast-paced hotel environment.

You’ll need strong guest service skills, good communication, and a current RSA certificate. This is a casual, on-site role requiring physical tasks and teamwork with other hotel operations.

A day in the life of a Front Office Attendant:

• Create a welcoming atmosphere for our guests through warm, friendly and attentive service
• Stay up to date on reception emails and phone calls and action administrative tasks as quickly as possible
• Lean into team work and assist with accommodation, bistro and booking duties as required

About you:

• You know that when it comes to guest service, every moment matters
• You are great with people, communication and detail and are motivated to make magic happen for your guests and your teammates
• You are highly organised and have great computer skills
• You hold a current RSA certificate

Inherent requirements:

This is a hands‑on role that involves manual handling and lifting as part of regular duties (e.g. moving stock, kegs, and deliveries). Applicants must have the ability to perform physical tasks safely and efficiently.
