Endeavour Group's Gateway Hotel in Tasmania seeks an enthusiastic Overnight Front Office Attendant to welcome guests with warmth while managing late-night check-ins and inquiries.

This hands-on role requires strong communication, keen attention to detail and the ability to work 11pm–7am. RSA certificate is preferred; hotel experience is valued, with growth opportunities within Endeavour Group's hospitality brands.

Overnight Front Office Attendant | Gateway Hotel | Dream big with us!

A day in the life of an Overnight Front Office Attendant:

• Create a welcoming atmosphere for our guests through warm, friendly and attentive service
• Stay up to date on reception emails and phone calls and action administrative tasks as quickly as possible
• Lean into team work and assist with accommodation, bistro and booking duties as required

Qualifications

About you:

• You are willing to work 2-3 overnight shifts (11pm - 7am)
• You know that when it comes to guest service, every moment matters
• You are great with people, communication and detail and are motivated to make magic happen for your guests and your teammates
• You are highly organised and have great computer skills
• You hold a current RSA certificate
• Previous hotel experience is highly regarded

Inherent requirements:

• This is a hands-on role that involves manual handling and lifting as part of regular duties (e.g. moving stock, kegs, and deliveries). Applicants must have the ability to perform physical tasks safely and efficiently.
