Job summary

Endeavour Group’s The Beach is seeking a Kitchen Attendant to help enable kitchen functionality and efficiency. You’ll thrive in a fast paced environment and never waiver on the details while supporting a team-driven pub culture.

A day in the life includes kitchen tasks, identifying cleaning opportunities, and contributing to our safety and procedural standards. Applicants should be able to work independently or with a team, with flexible availability across days, evenings and weekends.

A day in the life of a Kitchen Attendant:

• Engage in food preparation and additional tasks as directed by your team leader
• Proactively identify and address cleaning opportunities in all areas of the kitchen in line with our high food and safety standards

Inherent requirements:

• This is a hands-on role that involves manual handling and lifting as part of regular duties (e.g. moving stock, kegs, and deliveries). Applicants must have the ability to perform physical tasks safely and efficiently.
