Job summary

ALH Hotels’ Narrabeen Sands Hotel in Sydney’s NSW is hiring a Front Office Attendant to greet guests and deliver warm, attentive service. You’ll handle reception tasks, enquiries and bookings with speed and care while supporting team operations.

We’re looking for someone with a passion for guest service, strong communication and good computer skills, plus an RSA certificate. This hands-on role involves lifting and physical tasks as needed, in a vibrant hospitality environment.

A day in the life of a Front Office Attendant:

• Create a welcoming atmosphere for our guests through warm, friendly and attentive service


• Stay up to date on reception emails and phone calls and action administrative tasks as quickly as possible


• Lean into team work and assist with accommodation, bistro and booking duties as required

What do we need from you

About you:

• You know that when it comes to guest service, every moment matters

• You hold a current RSA certificate

Inherent requirements:

This is a hands-on role that involves manual handling and lifting as part of regular duties (e.g. moving stock, kegs, and deliveries). Applicants must have the ability to perform physical tasks safely and efficiently.
