Job summary

EVT Connect Hospitality is recruiting for a part-time Express Agent at Holiday Inn Express Melbourne Southbank. You will deliver our Service Style, ensuring a smooth, friendly guest experience across morning shifts and weekend coverage.

Join a well-established global brand with opportunities to grow, discounts on F&B, uniform provision, and easy access by public transport. RSA is required, and applicants must be comfortable with a rotating roster.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to Service Style and guest experience at Holiday Inn Express Southbank.
• Be ready, engaged and On It to resolve guest needs quickly.
• Support across mornings, with weekend shifts and roster flexibility.

We are looking for a part time Express Agent and some casual Express Agents that would be willing to pick up shifts at Holiday Inn Express Southbank to deliver our Service Style, Mission Made Easy, which is built upon three Service Behaviours that drive everything we do:
