Qualifications

• Proven experience as Restaurant Manager or FOH Manager.
• Experience with high-volume Italian or premium dining.
• Ability to lead a large FOH team.
• Strong knowledge of POS, tills, cash handling, and daily reconciliation.
• Experience managing bookings and table allocations.
• Understanding of basic restaurant administration and supplier liaison.
