Job summary

Cater Care is seeking a Front of House Supervisor at Trinity College Parkville VIC, delivering exceptional service in a prestigious college dining environment. You will lead daily front-of-house service, supervise a team and ensure high standards of presentation and guest care.

Permanent part-time shifts include weekday mornings and evenings during college term time, offering structured rosters, ongoing training and uniform provision within a supportive hospitality team.

Qualifications

• Experience in premium hospitality, including hotels, fine dining, catering or events.
• Strong customer service skills and a genuine passion for hospitality.
• Experience supervising or leading a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional presentation, excellent communication and attention to detail.
• A proactive, hands-on approach with flexibility to meet operational roster requirements.
• Current RSA certification, with the ability to obtain the required National Police Check and Working With Children Check

Available Rosters

Permanent part-time opportunities are available across the following shifts:

• Weekday mornings: Monday-Friday, 6:30 am-2:30 pm – 38 hours per week, during college term time (38 weeks per year).
• Weekday evenings: Monday-Friday, 3:30 pm-8:30 pm – 25 hours per week.
