Cater Care is seeking an Assistant Catering Manager for Trinity College in Parkville, VIC. You will help oversee boarding catering, college functions and café services, and you’ll lead a large team while building strong client relationships to ensure exceptional dining experiences.

Starting January 2027, the role offers a Monday–Friday roster with a premium hospitality environment and opportunities for ongoing training and career development.

Qualifications

• Experience in a premium hotel, high-end catering venue or quality hospitality operation.
• Customer-first mindset and a passion for service excellence.
• Proven team leadership and ability to lead by example.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong organisation, problem-solving abilities and computer literacy.
• Current RSA and Food Safety Supervisor certifications; ability to obtain National Police Check and Working With Children Check.

Working alongside the Catering Manager, you’ll help oversee boarding catering, college functions and café services, lead and develop a large team, and build strong client relationships. You’ll play a key role in delivering seamless service and exceptional dining experiences across this diverse operation.
