Cater Care is seeking an Assistant Catering Manager for Trinity College in Parkville, VIC. The role oversees boarding catering, college functions and café services, leading a large team to deliver premium dining experiences.

You will manage operations alongside the Catering Manager, drive client relationships and uphold food safety standards, with a January 2027 start date in a full-time, weekday roster.

Qualifications

gather by Cater Care is seeking a hands-on, customer-focused Assistant Catering Manager to join our team at the prestigious Trinity College, part of the University of Melbourne community.

Working alongside the Catering Manager, you’ll help oversee boarding catering, college functions and café services, lead and develop a large team, and build strong client relationships. You’ll play a key role in delivering seamless service and exceptional dining experiences across this diverse operation.

Please note, this position is scheduled to commence in January 2027.
