Job summary

The Y NSW in Hawkesbury is seeking a friendly front desk team member to welcome members and guests, process enrollments, and provide exceptional service in a vibrant fitness community. You will manage front desk operations, resolve member concerns with positivity, and support wellness initiatives while keeping accurate records and helping members discover new ways to reach their goals.

Flexibility to work evenings and weekends is required, with complimentary gym access and a supportive team

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience, especially in fitness is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced gym environment.
• Detail-oriented with a proactive problem-solving mindset.
• Comfortable using membership management systems.
