Job summary

Fitness Cartel Health Clubs is seeking a Front of House Team Leader to inspire the reception and café teams while delivering standout member experiences at our Brisbane club. You will mentor the front desk, oversee daily operations and maintain high standards of service.

With leadership or supervisory experience in customer-facing roles, you’ll coach staff, handle memberships and bookings, and promote our supplement range.

Qualifications

• Leadership or supervisory experience in customer service, retail, hospitality or fitness.
• Passionate about delivering exceptional member experiences and building relationships.
• Retail sales confidence; knowledge of supplements and nutrition is valued.
• Positive, proactive and organised leader who motivates others.
• Strong computer skills and quick to learn new systems.
• Current First Aid & CPR certificate (or willingness to obtain) and Australian working rights.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example, deliver exceptional member experiences.
• Coach and support Reception Team; onboarding and day-to-day guidance.
• Welcome members, process memberships, bookings and retail purchases using club systems.
• Assist café operations, retail sales; recommend supplement range to members.
• Ensure reception, café and retail areas are clean and presented to standards.
• Support Customer Service Manager with day-to-day club operations and policies.
