Moama Bowling Club is seeking a dynamic Duty Manager to oversee daily operations, ensuring entry regulations are followed and guest service remains exceptional. You will lead staff, maintain rosters, and drive service, safety and culture across shifts, including days and nights on a 4‑weekly rotation.

• Leadership experience overseeing staff and operations in hospitality.
• Strong knowledge of hospitality standards and guest service.
• Coaching and mentoring team members to deliver service excellence.

• Ability to respond to emergencies and make quick decisions.

Responsibilities

• Manage roster maintenance and allocation of duties to ensure smooth shifts.
