Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Customer Experience Associate in Australia to deliver front-of-house, concierge, and workplace support services. You will welcome visitors, manage reception and access, coordinate meetings, and handle mail and facility requests, collaborating with the Workplace Lead to maintain service standards.

Entry level role with training provided; prior customer-facing experience and strong communication are valued.

Qualifications

• 2 years or more experience in a similar role preferred.
• Entry level position though CXA’s will have some customer-facing experience.
• Minimum completion of Year 12 High School.
• Intermediate Microsoft Office Suite.
• Sound computer knowledge and clear verbal and written communications.
• Professional qualifications in Facilities or Hospitality are a plus, training provided.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist visitors with a professional approach, guiding them to hosts/meeting areas.
• Manage calls and inboxes, respond promptly and professionally.
• Build relationships and act on feedback to improve workplace experience.
• Issue and collect access passes; maintain records and induction files.
• Maintain presentation standards of reception areas and meeting rooms.
• Support requests for car park, lockers, and end-of-trip facilities.
• Assist with meeting/event space bookings, catering, and AV setup.
• Handle mail, couriers, and deliveries; coordinate bulk deliveries.
