Sage Hotel Ringwood is seeking a Senior Manager on shift to lead front desk operations and deliver exceptional guest experiences across the hotel. You and your team will ensure a warm welcome, efficient check-in/out and a consistently high standard of service throughout every stay.

Responsibilities include supervising the front office, coordinating with departments, resolving guest concerns, and training staff for growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years supervisory hotel experience.
• Professional verbal and written communication skills.
• Impeccable grooming and presentation.
• Ability to multi-task, work under pressure, and problem solve.
• Flexibility to work a 24/7 roster, including holidays and weekends.
• Experience with hotel PMS and active RSA qualification.

Responsabilités

• Oversee front desk operations and guest check-in/check-out.
• Coordinate hotel operations in the absence of Senior Management.
• Resolve guest concerns with confidence and professionalism.
• Train and develop front office staff for growth opportunities.
• Upsell rooms and related services while maintaining standards.
• Act as Chief Fire Warden and First Aid Officer when required.
• Maintain shift logs and liaise with other departments.
