Meriton Suites is seeking a Manager on Duty to oversee the day-to-day operations of our Front Office and deliver exceptional guest experiences across a luxury property. You will lead the Front Office team, coordinate guest arrivals and departures, and work closely with senior management to maintain brand standards.

Applicants should have prior 4- to 5-star hotel experience, strong team leadership, and a working knowledge of a PMS (Guest Centrix or similar).

Qualificações

• Experience managing a Front Office/Reception team in a hotel setting.
• Proven ability to drive service excellence and guest satisfaction.
• First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop the Front Office team to deliver high standards.
• Oversee guest arrival and departure experience.
• Monitor room allocations and front desk tasks.
• Ensure Meriton Suites standards, policies and procedures are followed.
• Act as escalation point for guest issues to maintain service quality.
• Promote strong interdepartmental relationships and team culture.
