Job summary

360 Personnel is recruiting for a role at our client's Prestons office in NSW. The successful candidate will assist customers with sales enquiries, process quotations, and coordinate transport across Australia.

The ideal applicant has industrial sales or retail experience, strong phone manner, solid numeracy, and proficiency in MYOB and MS Office. A driver's license and right to work in Australia are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in industrial sales or retail environments.
• Pleasant and professional phone manner.
• Solid numeracy and ability to multi-task under pressure.

• Experience with MYOB and MS Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with sales enquiries by phone, email and in person.
• Prepare basic quotations and support the sales team with customer requests.
• Coordinate transport and distribution across Australia.
• Liaise with interstate branches to fulfil customer orders.
• Provide front-of-house support, including greeting customers and handling calls.
• Contribute to ongoing growth and development of your role within the business.
