Responsibilities

• Undertake telephone reception duties and take messages where required for other staff.
• Assist the Club Administrator to prepare, maintain and distribute membership packs for new and prospective customers.
• Maintain membership and class attendance details within the Class Management System.
• Ensure that the customer entryway is clean, unobstructed, and well presented at all times.
