NeuroRehab Allied Health Network in Deer Park is seeking a full-time Receptionist to manage front-of-house duties and support our allied health team. You will welcome clients, handle bookings, and coordinate diary management for therapists across multiple clinics.

Qualifications

• Experience in reception or administration in allied health or disability services.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organisational abilities and multi-tasking.
• Proactive, reliable and enthusiastic attitude.
• NDIS knowledge is highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Creating a warm, welcoming environment for clients, families and visitors.
• Managing front-of-house reception and day-to-day admin duties.
• Documentation and administration tasks.
• Managing phone enquiries, bookings and funding agreements follow-ups.
• Managing therapist and Allied Health Assistants diary bookings.
• Responding to email requests from therapy team.
• Occasionally assisting therapists.
• Invoicing and account payments.
• Opening and closing procedures.
• Basic practice housekeeping and COVID-19 cleaning compliance.
