Job summary

Randstad in Sydney CBD is hiring a Receptionist to be the face of the organisation, ensuring the lobby and front desk run smoothly and delivering high-touch customer service.

You will greet guests, manage access, assist with room bookings, event setups, and act as the information hub for building and local area details.

This full-time on-site role offers varied shifts 8:30 AM–6:00 PM on weekdays, a collaborative team culture, and potential for extension; WHV candidates are welcome.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on hospitality, receptionist, or high-touch customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, visitors and employees at the front desk and maintain the lobby.
• Serve as primary information hub for building, campus and local area details.
• Assist with room bookings, conference room configurations, and event set-ups/breakdowns.
