Job summary

Infinite Aged Care is seeking a friendly Customer Support Assistant for our Mt Lofty Toowoomba care home. You will be the front-of-house presence, support reception and administration, and help ensure residents, families and staff enjoy a welcoming, caring environment.

You’ll collaborate with management, nursing and hospitality staff to streamline admin tasks, support resident care, and maintain smooth daily operations with attention to detail and a compassionate approach.

Qualifications

• MS Office proficiency including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Accurate data entry with the ability to meet deadlines.
• Ability to self-manage and follow established processes and record-keeping.
• NDIS Worker Screening Clearance (or ability to obtain one)
• Flexible, caring attitude for quality Aged Care support
• Proactive and measured approach to identifying and preventing safety hazards.

Responsibilities

• Front-of-house reception and admin support within Mt Lofty care home.
• Collaborate with General Manager, nursing and care staff to support resident care and daily operations.
• Interact with residents, families and visitors to create a welcoming, warm environment.
