Job summary

Infinite Aged Care Pty Ltd in Toowoomba is seeking a friendly Customer Support Assistant to join our administration and front-of-house team. You will work with the General Manager, Head of Department, nursing and care staff to welcome residents, visitors and families and to support daily operations with accurate data entry.

Key duties include reception duties, data entry, and coordinating with staff to ensure high-quality resident care.

Qualifications

• Strong administration skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• NDIS Workers Screening Clearance or ability to obtain one.
• Experience in regulated environments such as childcare or healthcare preferred.

Responsibilities

• Front-of-house reception and administration at Mt Lofty care home.
• Support interactions with residents, families and visitors to create a welcoming environment.
• Assist with daily admin tasks and data entry to support care staff.
• Collaborate with General Manager and department managers to ensure smooth operations.

The Role

At Infinite Aged Care, the Customer Support Assistant works with General Manager, Head of department Managers, Nursing, hospitality and care staff to ensure all teams are providing the best residents care and fun every day! At our Toowoomba care home called Mt Lofty, this role is the front-of-house face of the reception and admin area and it's critical to create a welcoming, warm and caring first impression and environment. Interactions with allied health care professionals, visitors, residents, and their families is a regular part of the day and offers a wide range of fun and caring opportunities to support others whilst helping the running of our administration team.

About You

You are a friendly and helpful person who has natural drive to help others, strong skills in general administration, with excellent attention to details, strong interpersonal skills in written and verbal communication skills as well as;

• Good working knowledge of Microsoft suite of products (word, excel, power point)
• Accurate data entry skills and ability to "self-manage" and work to deadlines.
• Quick learner to pick up and follow set operational processes and record management
• Have a valid NDIS Workers Screening Clearance (or have the ability to get one)
• A flexible and willing attitude and passion for quality Aged Care support.
• Proactive and measured attitude to identifying & preventing safety hazards in the workplac
• Whilst not essential, experience in a regulated environment such as childcare or healthcare
