Job summary

Crazy Clarks Car Rentals seeks a Front Counter Customer Service Representative to welcome customers and ensure a smooth vehicle pickup and return process. You will follow rental procedures, verify IDs, process payments, and keep data accurate in our systems.

This full-time role requires a valid Open Driver's Licence, excellent communication, attention to detail, and a friendly, professional demeanor to reflect our brand standards. Weekend availability is required.

• Greet customers warmly, manage bookings, and assist with inquiries in person, via email, and over the phone
• Strictly follow established systems and procedures for rental agreements, vehicle inspections, payments, and ID verification
• Maintain absolute accuracy when entering customer data, processing insurance options, and updating vehicle statuses
• Handle customer questions or vehicle booking adjustments calmly and professionally

About you

• Valid Open Driver's Licence (Required)

• Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or retail (Highly regarded)
• Basic computer literacy and comfort learning new software systems
• Availability to work a full-time roster across 7-day operations (Hours between 7:30 AM and 6:30 PM, including weekend shifts)
