Job summary

Crazy Clarks Car Rentals seeks a Front Counter Customer Service Representative to welcome customers and ensure a smooth vehicle pickup and return process. You will follow rental procedures, verify IDs, process payments, and keep data accurate in our systems.

This full-time role requires a valid Open Driver's Licence, excellent communication, attention to detail, and a friendly, professional demeanor to reflect our brand standards. Weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• Valid Open Driver's Licence (Required)
• Excellent communicator who speaks clearly, listens actively, and can explain rental terms and insurance options in simple language
• High attention to detail, spotting small things from noting pre-existing vehicle damage to verifying credit card details accurately
• Thrive in environments with clear processes and follow workflows to keep customers safe and operations smooth
• Possess a warm, approachable personality reflecting brand standards and be punctual and dependable

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, manage bookings, and assist with inquiries in person, via email, and over the phone
• Follow established systems for rental agreements, vehicle inspections, payments, and ID verification
• Maintain accuracy when entering customer data, processing insurance options, and updating vehicle statuses
• Handle customer questions or vehicle booking adjustments calmly and professionally
