Job summary

RSA Logistics Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Freight Forwarding Team Leader to join our operations team in Tullamarine VIC. This is a full-time position that focuses on leading, managing and developing a high-performing team within our manufacturing, transport and logistics operations.

As Team Leader you will supervise day-to-day activities, mentor staff, monitor performance metrics, ensure safety compliance and drive productivity across your team.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising a team in manufacturing, transport or logistics.
• Strong knowledge of health and safety requirements in logistics/warehousing.
• Proven ability to motivate and develop diverse teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage daily team activities to meet targets and ensure smooth operations.
• Induct, train and develop team members to ensure competency and compliance with procedures.
• Monitor team performance and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
• Ensure health, safety and environmental regulations are followed by the team.
• Investigate and resolve incidents, hazards and near-misses promptly.
• Maintain accurate records including timesheets, attendance and training logs.
