Frog Recruitment is seeking a driven Business Development Manager to grow an international freight forwarding portfolio in Victoria, Australia. You'll identify and secure new opportunities across air and ocean freight, supported by a modern sales environment, AI-powered lead generation tools, and HubSpot CRM.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years in a Business Development, Sales Executive or similar role within freight forwarding.
• Exposure to international air and ocean freight solutions.
• Proven ability to generate and convert new business opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, develop and secure new freight forwarding business opportunities.
• Build relationships with importers, exporters and supply chain decision-makers.
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation through to onboarding.
• Prepare customer proposals and commercial solutions.
• Maintain a strong sales pipeline within HubSpot CRM.
• Identify opportunities to grow and expand customer relationships.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPI expectations.
