Job summary

7-Eleven Australia is seeking a Recruitment Specialist to manage the end-to-end franchise lifecycle, including recruitment, agreement preparation, renewals, engagement, issue resolution and compliance. You will collaborate with internal stakeholders, prospective franchisees, existing franchisees, legal, finance and operations teams to ensure franchise processes are well-managed, commercially sound and compliant.

Open to Melbourne, Sydney or Brisbane based candidates.

Responsibilities

• Managing and supporting franchisee recruitment processes.
• Preparing and coordinating franchise agreements and renewal documentation.
• Conducting face-to-face interviews and presentations with prospective franchisees.
• Supporting engagement activities, documenting issues, resolving matters where appropriate and escalating complex or high-risk cases.
• Compliance tracking, reporting, process improvement and governance across recruitment, agreements, renewals and franchisee engagement.
