Job summary

Bakers Delight in Melbourne is seeking a commercially minded Franchise Recruitment Manager to lead recruitment, assessment and conversion of franchise candidates across Victoria and New South Wales.

You will own the recruitment pipeline, build relationships across the franchise network, and drive growth while collaborating with Operations, Legal and Network Growth teams; regular travel within Victoria and occasional NSW travel is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in franchise development or franchise recruitment.
• Experience in consultative sales and manage a pipeline of candidates.
• Strong relationship-building and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Proactive, results-focused with growth mindset.

Responsibilities

• External franchisee recruitment and candidate attraction.
• Franchise recruitment pipeline management.
• Existing franchisee growth and expansion opportunities.
• Manage to Own (MTO) candidate assessment and progression.
• Franchise resale and recruitment support.
• Stakeholder engagement across Bakers Delight network.
• Maintain CRM records and report pipeline activity.
• Travel regularly within Victoria and occasional NSW.
