Job summary

7-Eleven Australia is seeking a Recruitment Specialist to manage the end-to-end franchise lifecycle, including recruitment, agreement preparation, renewals, engagement, issue resolution and compliance. You will collaborate with internal stakeholders, prospective franchisees, existing franchisees, legal, finance and operations teams to ensure franchise processes are well-managed, commercially sound and compliant.

Open to Melbourne, Sydney or Brisbane based candidates.

• Compliance tracking, reporting, process improvement and governance across recruitment, agreements, renewals and franchisee engagement.

The role supports the end-to-end franchise lifecycle, including franchisee recruitment, agreement preparation, renewals, engagement, issue resolution and compliance. The successful candidate will work closely with internal stakeholders, prospective franchisees, existing franchisees, legal, finance and operations teams to ensure franchise processes are well-managed, commercially sound and compliant.

The team operates under a hybrid working model, with team members expected to work from the office three days per week to support collaboration, stakeholder engagement and effective delivery of franchise lifecycle activities.
