You will collaborate with internal teams and prospective and existing franchisees to ensure compliant, commercially sound processes.

The role requires strong commercial judgement, ability to interpret financials and contractual documentation, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Experience in franchise operations or retail franchising.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to interpret financial statements and contracts.

Responsibilities

• Manage franchisee recruitment processes.
• Prepare and coordinate franchise agreements and renewal documentation.
• Conduct face-to-face interviews and presentations with prospective franchisees.
• Support engagement activities and document issues, resolving matters where appropriate.
