Job summary

7-Eleven Australia is hiring for a key role supporting the end-to-end franchise lifecycle. You will work with internal stakeholders, prospective and existing franchisees, and cross-functional teams to ensure processes are well-managed, commercially sound, and compliant.

The role requires strong commercial judgement and the ability to interpret financial performance and balance sheets. Open to Melbourne, Sydney or Brisbane-based candidates.

Qualifications

• Experience in franchise recruitment processes and lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Manage franchisee recruitment processes.
• Prepare and coordinate franchise agreements and renewal documentation.
• Conduct face-to-face interviews and presentations with prospective franchisees.
• Support engagement activities and document issues; escalate high-risk matters.
• Maintain compliance tracking and governance across recruitment and franchisee engagement.
