Bakers Delight is seeking a Franchise Operations Manager to lead a portfolio of bakeries across Melbourne’s northern and north‑western suburbs and regional Victoria. This senior retail role blends office time with on‑the‑road leadership, partnering with franchisees to lift commercial performance and growth.

You will own profitability, use data to identify opportunities, manage risks, and implement initiatives with the National Support Office.

Qualifikationen

• Commercially minded leader with strong people leadership and stakeholder management.
• Experience in retail, operations, franchising or a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
• Ability to travel regularly between bakery sites in Melbourne's north and regional Victoria.
• Full Australian driver's licence and willingness to travel.

Aufgaben

• Own the commercial performance of a portfolio of Bakers Delight bakeries using P&L, sales and data to identify opportunities and drive outcomes.
• Navigate complex situations, balance priorities, and drive practical solutions with franchise partners.
• Lead change, manage risks and opportunities, and implement growth plans for new openings and acquisitions.
• Collaborate with franchisees and National Support Office to improve franchisee performance and customer experience.
• Spend time in bakeries to stay connected with ground realities and maintain hands-on leadership.
