Job summary

Bakers Delight is seeking a Franchise Operations Manager to lead a portfolio of bakeries across Melbourne's Western suburbs and Greater Geelong. You will work closely with franchise partners to drive profitability and growth, using P&L, sales and operational data to identify opportunities and implement improvements.

This senior retail leadership role offers autonomy and significant responsibility. You will split time between the office and in-market visits, travelling across Melbourne's northern

Qualifications

Commercially minded leader with strong problem-solving and execution abilities.
Experience applying P&L and performance data to drive growth.
Proven ability to influence at all levels and manage franchise partners.

Responsibilities

Own commercial performance of a portfolio of Bakers Delight bakeries using data to identify opportunities.
Navigate complex situations, balance priorities and drive practical solutions.
Lead growth plans, openings, acquisitions and changes across the network.
Collaborate with National Support Office to improve franchisee performance and customer experience.
Split time between office, road, and bakery visits to stay close to ground realities.
