Job summary

Oporto is seeking an experienced Operations Leader to partner with franchisees, manage a portfolio of restaurants, and drive profitability across the network. You will coach franchisees on operations, customer experience, people management, and business planning while leading strategic initiatives and new store openings.

This role requires frequent travel across the restaurant network and a strong track record in multi-site management within casual dining or QSR environments.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience owning a small business or operating in a casual dining/QSR setting.
• Proven retail operations knowledge and ability to identify trends to drive profitability.
• Experience in business partnering, coaching, and supporting others in a business context.
• Supportive and transformational leadership and coaching style.
• Experience managing multiple sites across a network.

Responsibilities

• Coach franchisees on all aspects of their restaurant operations including standards, customer experience and safety.
• Lead a range of operational activities across the network, including new store openings.
• Review restaurant financial and operational reporting to identify opportunities to drive sales and profitability.
• Drive growth and profitability through franchisee development and operational excellence.
