atWork Australia, part of MedHealth, is seeking a Finance Analyst to support FP&A activities within a large organisation. You will contribute to month-end processes, P&L management, and budgeting, collaborating with key stakeholders across the business.

The role requires a degree in accounting and 2+ years in accounting, with experience in a compliance-driven, dispersed workforce. Hybrid working model offers flexibility across offices and remote work.

Competenze

• Degree in Accounting (Finance/Commerce) required.
• Minimum 2 years accounting experience.
• Experience in Employment Services desirable.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Curious, proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
• Experience in large, compliance-driven, dispersed workforce desirable.

Mansioni

• Develop collaborative relationships with stakeholders to achieve KPIs.
• Provide commercial and finance training to key stakeholders.
• Ensure accurate and timely recording of transactions per policy.
• Provide and review P&Ls at month end.
• Prepare budgets and forecasts in line with timetable.
• Respond to queries promptly and professionally.
• Foster internal customer focus and service excellence.
• Identify opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement.
