Job summary

atWork Australia is looking for a Finance Analyst to support FP&A activities, month-end processes, P&L management, and ad-hoc finance tasks within MedHealth's large organisation. The role expects 2+ years accounting experience and strong stakeholder collaboration across a dispersed team.

Qualifications

Degree in Accounting (Finance/Commerce).
Minimum 2 years accounting experience.
Experience in Employment Services is highly regarded.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with key stakeholders to achieve commercial KPIs.
Provide commercial and finance training to stakeholders.
Ensure accurate and timely recording of transactions per policy and standards.
Prepare P&Ls at month end.
Prepare budgets and forecasts.
Respond to queries promptly.
Foster internal customer-focused teamwork and service excellence.
Identify opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement.
Additional hours as required.
