atWork Australia, a division of MedHealth, is seeking a Finance Analyst to support FP&A, month-end processes and P&L management across a large organisation. This role reports to the Finance and Business Analyst and requires data validation, budgeting, and collaboration with stakeholders to deliver commercial insights.

Formación

• A degree in Accounting (Finance/Commerce).
• Minimum 2 years accounting experience.
• Experience in Employment Services highly regarded.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence.
• Curious, proactive, solution-oriented mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Month-end and P&L creation/review; data validation.
• Work with stakeholders to achieve commercial KPIs.
• Provide finance training to key stakeholders.
• Ensure timely recording of transactions in line with policy and standards.
• Prepare budgets and forecasts in line with timetable.
• Respond to queries in a timely manner and maintain service quality.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
