Job summary

atWork Australia, a division of MedHealth, is seeking a Finance Analyst to support accounting and FP&A across a large organisation. You will assist with month-end, P&L review, data validation and budgets, working with stakeholders to improve commercial outcomes.

The role requires an accounting degree and at least two years of experience, with a preference for background in Employment Services and a proactive, solution-driven mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting (Finance/Commerce).
• Minimum 2 years accounting experience.
• Experience in Employment Services is advantageous.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing ability.
• Curious, proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
• Experience in a large, compliance-driven, dispersed workforce desirable.

Responsibilities

• Work with key stakeholders to achieve division KPIs.
• Provide commercial and finance training to stakeholders as needed.
• Ensure timely recording of transactions per policy and standards.
• Provide and review monthly P&Ls.
• Prepare budgets and forecasts aligned with group timetable.
• Respond to queries promptly and accurately.
• Foster a customer-focused team culture and service excellence.
• Perform duties per Quality Management System and drive improvements.
• Take on additional hours as required.
