Job summary

atWork Australia, a division of MedHealth, is seeking a Finance Analyst to support accounting and FP&A needs within a large organisation. The role focuses on month-end, P&L creation/review, data validation, and providing financial insight to stakeholders.

Hybrid work arrangement available across Australian offices. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Accounting, at least 2 years accounting experience, and strong stakeholder management with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting (Finance/Commerce) required.
• Minimum 2 years accounting experience.
• Experience in Employment Services highly regarded.
• Excellent stakeholder management and the ability to influence.
• Curious, proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
• Experience in large, compliance-driven, geographically dispersed workforce desirable.

Responsibilities

• Support month-end processes and P&L creation/review.
• Validate data and ensure accurate recording in line with policy.
• Provide commercial and finance training to stakeholders as required.
• Prepare budgets and forecasts in line with group timetable.
• Respond to queries in a timely manner.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and process enhancements.
