Job summary

Eucalyptus, part of Hims & Hers, seeks a Regional Controller to lead end-to-end controllership for the international group, including treasury, AP, payroll and reporting. You will drive first-year SOX controls, ensure accurate closes and partner with US GAAP requirements in a listed environment.

Qualifications

• CA/CPA qualified or equivalent such as ACA/ACCA/US CPA.
• 15+ years’ experience across audit, financial control, group reporting and accounting leadership.
• Experience in or with a listed multinational environment.

Responsibilities

• Close monthly, quarterly and annual books for the international group in line with the US GAAP close requirements.
• Lead group reporting into Hims & Hers, including consolidation, balance sheet reviews and reporting commentary.
• Own local statutory reporting (AASB/IFRS) and liaise with local advisers as needed.
• Oversee external audit delivery and manage Big 4 relationships; drive SOX control framework.
• Drive policy alignment, chart of accounts, close processes and data quality across the group.
