Job summary

Cuscal is seeking a Senior Manager, Enterprise Financial Planning & Analysis to lead the organisation’s planning, forecasting and reporting. You will design and run a single, integrated FP&A operating model and drive performance insights for executives.

You will coordinate Group forecasts across ANZ, own the reporting cadence, and partner with multiple finance functions to deliver high-quality analytics and strategic guidance.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Enterprise/Group central FP&A or equivalent finance leadership role.
• Proven ability to lead planning, forecasting, budgeting and management reporting.
• Strong modelling and analytics to support executive decision-making.
• Experience with complex organisations and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-wide planning, forecasting, budgeting and performance management.
• Maintain central planning assumptions including inflation, FX and cost drivers.
• Coordinate inputs into a single Group forecast across ANZ entities.
• Own Group forecast consolidation and statutory adjustments.
• Drive integration of acquisitions into the planning framework.
• Lead monthly performance reporting to Board and executives.
• Develop high-quality models, analytics and decision-support materials.
