Job summary

Eucalyptus Spa, a brand within the Hims & Hers family, is seeking an Analytics Engineer to own the accuracy, reliability, and scalability of financial data across multiple markets. You will align data models with finance, commercial, and engineering teams, implementing governance, quality checks, and comprehensive documentation.

You will collaborate with finance and operations globally to shape data, standardise reporting, and support strategic capital allocation across markets.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years in analytics engineering or financial/commercial analytics.
• Production data models experience.
• Strong SQL skills (BigQuery) for data modelling and validation.
• Detail oriented with ownership and documentation habits.
• Familiarity with dbt or similar transformation tools.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve accuracy of revenue, refunds, and cost models across markets.
• Configure integrations with financial reporting tools (e.g., Netsuite).
• Standardise regional reporting (UK, EU, AU, JP, CA).
• Build automated checks for data reliability and monitor reporting drift.
• Own end-to-end data quality: governance, validation, and documentation.
