Job summary

Eucalyptus seeks an Analytics Engineer to own financial data accuracy, reliability, and scalability across all brands. You will standardise models for multiple markets, collaborate with finance, commercial, and engineering teams, and ensure end-to-end data governance.

Role focuses on production data models, data quality, and documentation across UK, EU, AU, JP, and CA markets to inform capital allocation decisions.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years in analytics engineering, financial or commercial analytics.
• Experience building/maintaining production data models.
• Strong SQL skills, ideally in BigQuery.
• Detail oriented with ability to self-validate data gaps.
• Strong sense of ownership.
• Familiarity with dbt or similar transformation tools.
• Familiarity with financial concepts (Revenue, CAC, Payback, LTV).
• Strong documentation habits—you fix things and write it down.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve accuracy of orders, revenue and refunds models.
• Configure and manage integrations with financial reporting tools, e.g., Netsuite.
• Standardise reporting across regions (UK, EU, AU, JP, CA).
• Partner with engineering and operations to manage changes across products and processes, reducing downstream reporting impacts.
• Work with US Hims & Hers financial team for SEC reporting data.
• Build automated checks for data reliability and drift.
• Maintain understanding of upstream source data and changes affecting reporting.
• Model product COGs and payback with revenue data; track marketing spend data.
