Job summary

Intelligent Monitoring Group is seeking an FP&A Manager to lead the Group's financial planning and analysis, banking relationships, annual budget, and rolling forecast. You will oversee six-week cash flow, daily cash management, and AP/AR/payroll reporting, partnering with the CFO and Exec team to deliver actionable financial insights.

You will drive budgeting, forecasting, and covenant reporting, develop the FP&A function, and coach the FP&A Analyst, enabling strong business partnering across

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce or related discipline.
• 6–8 years' FP&A, corporate finance or similar experience.
• Experience managing banking relationships and covenant reporting.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting and cash flow forecasting skills.
• Experience overseeing AP/AR and payroll reporting.
• Mentoring junior finance team members.
• Advanced Excel and modelling; FP&A/BI tools and ERP experience.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary day-to-day contact for banking and lending partners.
• Lead annual budgeting process end-to-end with consolidation.
• Develop and maintain rolling 3-year financial forecast.
• Own rolling six-week cash flow forecast with updates.
• Manage daily cash position reporting and intercompany funding.
• Oversee AP, AR and payroll reporting including ageing.
• Coach and develop FP&A Analyst; provide business partnering support.
• Prepare monthly management packs with variance analysis.
